Champs Blue Dress

This is a super cute girls dress from Champs! It is girls size 14 and features a pretty lacey design(as seen in the close-ups)! This dress comes with a detachable waist belt that can be tied however you like, in the front or in the back as shown in the photos! There are pretty pearl-colored buttons in the back and a pleated portion at the bottom! The dress itself is in great condition and has only been worn ONCE (for a few hours at most)! The belt could use a quick iron if you choose to wear it!
