lmmart24 @lmello2022 I would say it runs TTS - I have a wider than average waist for my size and the buttons are a little snug, but overall it fits like a true small.

lmmart24 @lmello2022 FYI - I got and tried the size medium and while it was looser at the waist buttons it was wayyyy to big on top overall. Looks much better slightly fitted.
