snazzzer Just received my masks . . . I thought I’d go to U first . . . Upon checking them out, they’re all not 5 X 8, which I was under the impression that they all were 5 X 8 mine are measuring 4 1/4 by 7 ish . . . 7 3/4 . . . I measured my masks & they were 5 X 8 & came below my chin. . .I was terribly disappointed w/ ear closure . . . Some were extremely long & how do U fasten them . . . Is there anyway I can exchange for true 5X 8 . . . Sunshine

mocosdesigns @snazzzer They should each measure 4 inches on each side and 5 inches from chin to nose. As for the ear loops you should be able to adjust them with the silicone toggle, did you already try that already? I can re do the mask a little bigger for you or give you a refund which ever you would prefer.
