@darlene_barber hi Darlene. I did include a sizing chart for the bras on the last picture of the listing. I find these ones do fit true to size. I can’t recommend based on weight and height but if you know your bra size I would based off what size you buy on the sizing chart. I am the same size and weight as yourself and my normal bra size is 36A and the small fits me well. The medium has a bit more coverage. They do have adjustable straps for a more custom fit.
