Chunky beaded medallion necklace

Very pretty, whimsical and unique necklace. I think it may be handmade. I see no markings on necklace. Its made of different beads, different sizes and looking beads. The top part is small red beads and the bottom has bells, green, red,orange beads. The medallion is square and large. It looks like a scarub but not sure. Most of the beads are plastic some wood and some glass. The medallion is metal. It's not long see measurements. Statement necklace O/ 9/2
