For a Target brand, this fully lined jacket feels really like a very high quality, well made brand. Features contrasting navy and hunter green horizontal stripes, working buttoned cuffs, two working front pockets, and a bright yellow fabric underneath the collar/lapel for a cute and surprising pop of color when you choose to pop your collar (which I always do). Can easily be dressed up or down. In excellent condition.
