Anthropologie baby doll top

Only wore a couple times but when inspecting to sell I noticed two very tiny holes near the bottom please see the photos. This is a size medium but I find that it runs large measures 23 armpit to armpit measures around 24 top to bottom the flare at the bottom measures 37
