brooklynlady23 @cherchmouse Hi! Thank you for your interest. Yes they're still available. Re stretch-I wouldn't say they have a lot of stretch -there is a little give in the waist. Maybe comparing the measurements when lying flat (waist: 12 1/2" ; length:12"; inseam: 2") to a pair you may have in your wardrobe can help in determining if it'll fit as you'd prefer. I hope my suggestion helps a bit.

cherchmouse @brooklynlady23 Thank you so much. I'm not full figured, but my waist doesn't cinch. I have more of an ironing board figure..lol So, my waist is wider than what fashion designs for.. If you know what I mean. I will check my other shorts, but how high rise are these?
