marlyb718 @lraeusa I purchased this item before 2010 when I was married. Never got a chance to wear it. I don't ever recall receiving a manufacturing warranty on any of my items that I have purchased from them and at the time I was an avid shopper with them. I am sorry. I have a regular box and not the Dianonque box. I'd did again it must be with my big jewelry in storage I don't have access to. I hope this answers your question. If QVC has this ring and the comfort is there to buy it..
