kimmyo832 OK thanks, I'll think on it. I don't think they were outsourcing in '05 yet...not 100% on it though! I used to be strictly XS and then noticed a change on some of the shorter waisted items.

westernmissy @rspaugh there are shoulder pads but they are for shape only and they are so thin I had to feel for them. I took some pics on my young daughter as the jacket is far too small for me to put on. I hope this helps! 💜 Again, my apologies. I don’t know how I didn’t see your previous comments.

rspaugh @westernmissy Thank you so much for doing this.... these older jackets you just never know until you ask bc pads were popular back then but these days I don't want the look of a rounded padded shoulder and may be noticeable on an adult., but maybe I could take a chance on it !
