hi is there any stretch to the waist? woudl it stetch to 30" all around?

@acasadimare hi! I’m sorry for the delay, I needed to check the dress. Yes there is stretch all the way around the waistband. It stretches flat up to about 17.5in, so yes, you should easily fit a 30” waist
