Aquatalia Black Fortuna Leather Weatherproof Block Heel Ankle Boots in Size 8. Sold out on the Bloomingdale's site with amazing reviews due to the buttery soft leather, comfortable 2" block heel, and perfect style of these shoes. Great used condition--only worn a few times! Light creasing (which TBH my poor lighting made look worse than they do IRL), but almost no wear to the heel of the boot. If they weren't a bit too big on me (7-7.5 normally), I'd hang onto them for fall. Very true to size!

desijbecker What is the shaft height? And I’m an 8 usually but depending on the shoe, I can be an 8 1/2. Not sure if these will be too small?

kateannham @desijbecker Shaft height is approx. 6"! (Just measured.) If you want to give a few shoes that you know your correct fit in, I can try to weigh in? For comparison, I have another pair of Aquatalia boots that are in a 7.5, which fit the same as the Joan Campus Short boot from Frye in a 7.5. In Doc Martens I wear a women's 7, which is an EU 38, but in most other shoes I actually wear a 7 or EU 37-37.5. In Converse, I'm a M5/W7.

desijbecker @kateannham well I’ve tried a few aquatalia boots (the carie suede and the fuoco) with more of a square toe and the 8 1/2 was the better fit over an 8. It tends to depend on the toe box although I have a regular width foot. I’d say 8 is my normal size in most shoes.

kateannham @desijbecker Hmm... I'll be honest, I'm a little wary of being that Posh seller that's like, "These will totally fit!" because I haven't tried those specific Aquatalia styles. I have a bad habit of accidentally buying shoes that are too big for me because I always "think" I'm a 7.5 when I'm closer to a true 7, so I feel like you'd be okay, but I'm always afraid of overpromising. ><"

lclauver I was reading some earlier comments and I’m not sure I follow them very well lol....Are you saying these are small for a traditional size 8? Do they fit more like a 7.5?
