Vintage red floral blouse like Rosie the Riveter

This adorable blouse! The sleeves are quite long and I think designed to Roll Up the sleeves as pictured. Side slits. Red marbley plastic buttons. Vintage brand Adrienne. The size is vintage 38, which I am guessing to be about a L or maybe XL depending on brand. I am not sure but please note the vintage sizing of 38. Machine Washable.
