can you measure the exact waist measurements across laying flat? also what %of stretch are in material content. ty bunches

@jilly615 honestly, its been awhile since I wore these and I believe this was the only pair of gf ones I bought. I looked at them but its kind of hard to tell, in my opinion they look more skinny but don't quote me on that. No spots or rips, I don't list items in bad condition and if for some reason I do it is noted in the description. I try to list only items I would be happy with as a buyer.
