Vintage Patchwork High-Waisted Levi Jeans

These jeans have a super cool patchwork design on the front. Unfortunately, the seem in the crotch appears to be in array, but has been stitched back into place. There are also small stains throughout. Model is 5’5, and wears a US 27 for reference. Label indicates dimensions as a 40” waist, 34” length. However, it measures at waist is 38”, inseam 28.5”, length is 40”
