shopwkarmen @janecba I can provide you the inner armpit to armpit measurement of Size 10 is 23” (up to bust 46”). There is no defined waistline of a coat especially every person has different body length. And it shouldn’t matter because no one’s waistline is larger than bust line in reality?!
