2-Piece set. Fluted ceramic plate features blue "it's my party" debossed sentiment. Arrives with mini-felt party hat with "1" applique, ric-rac trim and pom-pom topper. Plate is small and measures 5.5" across. Used once, does have something on the string of the hat as pictured. Overall great condition and will come in original packaging.
