_magical_closet @jmottle Good Morning, the samples don’t have actual seals on them. They have plastic inserts inside the cap that is a protective type of seal, to avoid oxidation. These are directly from a retail source. Please let me know if you have additional questions :)

I, myself am a 20+ year user of La Mer and definitely understand the concern about the authenticity. There are so many fakes that it is unsettling. These are completely authentic. Sorry for the late response again.
