jdwebley60 @fashiondolls94 no I don't see where you're talkin about if I do an offer on this and it automatically charges me $7.11 if the offer is accepted there's no if ands or buts about it on this end unless it's offered to me at a discount price with a lesser shipping I have to pay $7.11 there is no other way around it
