@ritahimmel130 Hi Rita, I checked on the original bill and it only said 18 k goldplated alloy. the most common Alloy used in Fashion Jewelry is Zinc Alloy because of its durability and Zinc alloy is safe to make jewelry because it is lead-free, and lead is the toxic substance that makes most jewelry unsafe to wear I sold several sets of this on other Web Sites, I even had a Lady buy a second set for her friend because she liked it so much, Angie
