Beautifully ornate embellishments on this below the hip length denim jacket. Fabric includes some spandex so there's a bit of stretch. Labeled medium but fits up to size large so I'm listing as medium to large. The pit to pit, laying flat and unstretched measurement is 19 inches. Across the waist is 16 inches.
