the soles are completely intact -did u not notice ? Basically u returned them because they showed wear -well when you wear shoes they show wear
If there were any issues I would have disclosed
So u get to wear them -complain & report a problem —this case will be escalated - Shoes show scuffing scratches etc when worn -usually in front -that does not make them a problem —there is zero evidence of a problem —as a shoe seller of 15 plus years I will escalate your complaint -it has zero merit —
