suzannamakowski @feisty_kids I apologize for the delay! Without stretching the pleating on the chest, the bust is 19” from armpit to armpit. The waist measures 20” layed out, but of course has a sash to tie in the back to cinch the waist. The tan rectangle of fabric on the waist measures 11.75”. The length from shoulder to hem is 38.5”. I hope this is helpful!
