angeltko if it was not that beat up I would have gotten it, but it looks like you used to use it to work.

oalabed @angeltko yes I wore this watch every day to work for years. I’m open to letting it go for less if that’s more enticing to you. I just never wear it any more due to the other watches in my collection.

watchcrazyacoh Hi, wondering if this watch is still available. I just wanted to reach out and offer some clarification on this watch, as well, as I own the very same watch. Your listing description is correct, that it is a purely mechanical movement, and not a mechanical "automatic" movement. It does not wind itself while wearing it, as it does not have the rotor or mechanical means to do so. It must be wound manually at the crown to energize the watch and maintain good running order.

watchcrazyacoh I did want to add, that this watch is an awesome watch. Very heavy and with a quality feel. Solid build with solid end links, and a great running watch when maintained. Purely awesome mechanical movement and a treat to watch in motion. Case and bracelet can easily be polished and cleaned up.

watchcrazyacoh @oalabed Sorry, I just saw this message. I actually just watched YouTube video recently about how to polish and cleanup a brushed stainless steel watch... it would be helpful. also, my wife got me a watch cleaning and polishing kit...

watchcrazyacoh @oalabed there are a couple kits out there, but the one she got me is the Nano Clear kit. It really works well. For this watch, I did have to use some scotch or painters tape on the brushed parts and then polished over top without any issues. the case and bezel cleaned up especially nice.
