wearitbeautiful @bonnierei3 Hi. Bonnie! The measurements in description came from the manufacturer. Yes, 10.5" is the max width! It comes with the cord and chain pictured and the inside is galvanized. I can take photos of the inside tomorrow morning if you wish!! I'm here to help (:
