NWT Sleeveless floral dress Size 16

Beautiful and elegant floral/rose print dress, fading pink roses and green foliage to a solid white bottom, falls around knee-length, has seems on side to add extra flair and flow to the dress (loved to twirl in these as a child!). New with tags, never worn.
