Vintage Velvet Dress with large Satin Tie Bow 4

This is a beautiful burgundy velvet dress great for the holidays! IT has padded shoulders, back zip missing eye on the hook and eye closure with a large back satin bow. Some discoloration around inside of neckline. I'd say it s close to true to size since I can be a size 4, but I want able to fully zip the back. 15.5/16 pit to pit 18in. Dry clean only.
