Beautiful strapless silk dress from Eliza J New York. Size 6. Fabric covered belt. Pleated bodice, one small dirt smudge in back. This will need to be dry cleaned...it is wrinkled and feel certain the slight smudge would come out. Please refer to pic of dirt smudge. Approx flat measurements: A to A: 16” Waist: 14” Length: 31”
