UO Velvet Strap-Back Romper

Brand new, never used. Adjustable shoulder straps. Adjustable tie back straps. Hidden back zipper. Color on tag states slate, it's more turquoise. 94% polyester, 6% elastane. Note: one of the straps has a loose thread but can be easily fixed. Also, an imprint of round security sensor tag is seen on back when cashier removed sensor. I don't know if after washing it, it might get fixed.
