bcobra Hi there, I just bought these boots from you! Amazing looking and quality. Only challenge is that they are bigger in size than my other Timberlands. Maybe about half a size. I was wondering if we could work out a way to exchange my 11 for a 10.5. I see you have them in stock. I could pay for shipping etc, so you wouldn't be out of pocket. And as they just arrived, obviously they arent worn at all and still in the box. I'd really appreciate your help if we could work something out.
