Anthropologie - Eva Franco Embellished Tulle Skirt

Reposhing this item purchased from @msnorma21. Love it, but it’s unfortunately too small for me. The cream underskirt and decorated tulle is just stunning! The embroidery and the embellishments with the black sequins and the butterflies are lovely! The dress has subtle pleats and very flattering. This could be worn higher on the waist...a slim black top goes great with it! It’s a size 0 but note the waist is tiny, at 11.5” flat across. Any questions, please comment below B3
