SOLD Vintage cinch waist button down blouse

Gorgeous fuschia, navy, and emerald impressionist floral blouse. There is subtle vertical striping in the sheer, silky, 100% polyester fabric. Buttons completely down front, narrowing at the waist. (causes a flattering ballon effect). The waist is short given the petite sizing, but it worked perfectly for me with high waisted pants. Fabric has zero stretch; waist cinch just barely fits me at 28” so recommended for folks with 26-28” waist and no bigger! No flaws, great preowned condition
