NWT dress by Boutique, distributed by jcpenney. Size is 2X. Style is “thunder lightning” and is colored black and white. 92% polyester and 8% spandex. Dress is unlined on the inside. I took photos of what looks like splatter spots on the back of the dress, below the waist (if requested, I can wash the dress before shipping to make sure it comes out). Never been used since my friend moved away and I wasn’t able to gift it to her. Posh transactions only. Comes from a smoke-free and pet-free home.
