What length is this dress? Is it a tea length?

@rdowns55 sorry just saw this now. It’s not tea length. I’m 5’6” and the bottom tulle comes about 3” above my knee

@stacieroberson not sure I understand what your asking. I added the db studio size chart in the photos along with measurements with it laying flat. Busy is 15.5”
Length from under arm to tule at bottom is 28”
Hips are about 18”
