Got this as a gift from Saks 5th Ave in Chicago. Sterling silver heavily plated in 18k yellow gold with a matte finish. Bezel set diamond in the center of 4 MOP cabochons surrounded with a halo of white topaz set in oxidized silver for a dramatic contrast.
