TORRID polka dot v-neck peplum top

This top is flowy and summery. Its made out of chiffon and is sheer. The top is white with black polka dots on it and has a deep v-neck. This top has a stretchy waist band. I was trying so hard to be a peplum kinda gal, but I never liked the style on me. This has no tags but has never been worn. I never got around to return it. Size 1 (14/16)
