Beautiful Joseph Ribkoff black velvety knit cape. Perfect topper for that special occasion. Elegant Hi lo hem. Front button closure. Measures about 18 inches down the front, dropping to 20 inches down the center back. The fabric content and size tag have been cut out. I am a size small and wore this once to a wedding.
