Skirt Waist 13" flat. Skirt length 20". Bust 17.5" flat. Euro 40 = US 4. One small light mark like a pen mark on one arm I pointed out, otherwise no flaws I can find. Skirt has back zipper. 3/4 length sleeves, nice thickness. Yellow but not too bright. THAT COLLAR! Shoulders pop also.
