New in box spinhead brushes for clarisonic deep pore brush heads 4 count box is a little beat up. These heads fit clarisonic unit ,they came in a white box that was un marked they match the other brush heads that came in a name brand box i belive these heads were part of a larger box but got separated I hope this helps in your buying decision

moonbeam1432 @hairbykaitlin, thank you for your question I did some research on real vs fake spin head brushes , these brushes have the clock on the inside of the underneath part of the brush, the plastic protector cap that fits over the brush it self does not have the clarisonic name written across the cap I believe these heads were part of a larger box and became separated I hope this answers your question if you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return
