Brand new, never worn Brushed silver look. Arrived with slight scratches in the metal, but it’s barely noticeable in person (in my opinion). Imperfections pictured close up in last 2 pics. The wonky bottom circle has a diameter of about 1 and 1/8 inches. Earrings dangle to length of about 1.75 inches
