Ruffle neck pea coat

Navy wool pea coat, made in Italy. Puffed collar is beautiful and offers extra protection against the cold. Button closure, with tie belt on top to define waist. No brand because I bought it in a boutique in Vernazza years ago. Barely worn, like-new condition. Size estimate is M/L Sleeve length: 24" Length down center back: 27" Arm opening: 9" top to bottom Width across waist, when laying flat: 20" Width across back, at height of shoulder blades: 16" Width across bottom, when laying flat: 24"
