beachyboutique @graceleider hi. these aren't stretch. They are 100% cotton. The Lee Vintage modern run pretty true to size,but if you normally wear stretch fit I would go up a size for a looser fit.

beachyboutique @smallish size 26 waist measures 27 with dip 28 straight across, size 27 waist measures 28" with dip pulled straight 29". both rise are around 11 1/4"
