The bottom of the jacket has elastic to tighten or loosen the jacket. This is an excellent warm and stylish coat. Add makes the BEST coats!! There is nothing wrong with this coat. I only wore it a handful of times. Bc the size was wrong. This is a higher end of ADD coats, it’s part of the black label collection.
