Vintage Salad Serving Fork Dyed Horn Handle

Here for your consideration is a very cool vintage serving salad fork/Spoon. I think it is African. The handle is inlaid with dyed ox horn and the rest is carved wood. It measures 10″ long and the spoon almost 3.5″ across. It is in good vintage condition.
