Modcloth sheath dress

Navy v-neck sheath midi dress by Liza Luxe purchased from Modcloth. Fluttery fishtail high-low hem and cute button details on the sleeves. New with tags and extra button. Fully lined. 100% polyester. Measures 21" at bust. 18" at waist, 23" at hip, and around 46" long in front with an additional several inches length in back. When buttoned, the sleeve circumference is around 14".
