Softest leather jacket by Amaryllis in a lovely pale pink. This jacket has zippers on the sleeves for fit, two deep zipped pockets (and one fake zipper pocket), and an asymmetrical zip closure, a double collar that can be snapped down, and a buckled half-belt to tailor the fit. Sleeve length: shoulder to cuff ~ 25-1/8 to 25-1/4 Inches; armpit to cuff ~ 17-3/4". This beautiful jacket was purchased brand new by me and has only been worn once. It is in Excellent Used Condition. PM0250C

123uno @leshis For your height, it might be. I'm 5'8 and 140, and it fits above the hips. It might hang a little lower unzipped, but not much. So, to answer your question, yes - it fits above the hips. Sorry!
