lynette_holt @flagstaff2 Hi 👋. Skirt has elastic waist measuring 33” unstretched and 41” stretched. It’s 29” long. it’s a beautiful skirt and a true black, unfortunately the pic makes it appear a little dull but it is not. New, never been worn.

lynette_holt @bassnec Hello! The skirt has no imperfections. However, in my opinion I feel the elastic waistband is not as stretchy as it probably once was. I posted pic of the waist measurement laying flat. It does have a 5” stretch though.
