Floral Print AQUA Dress - NWT

This is a white dress with red, blue & light pink/cream floral print. This dress has a v-neck tie closure with metal endings. The dress is short sleeves with elasticize cuffs with a ruffle. It also had an elasticize waist with a white lined body. I bought this dress from Bloomingdales online but never wore it. The dress is a size M and was made exclusively for Bloomingdales. I paid $108 New w/Tags. This dress comes from a non smoking and pet free house.
