Free People black tunic RARE

Rare Free People black tunic! I’m not sure how to describe the fabric, it’s not necessarily lace as the cut-outs are quite large and a bandeau or slip would most likely need to be worn under it. I bought it with the straps as shown, with one tied (I believe that’s how it’s supposed to be). It looks adorable with jeans, or even as a coverup!
