I got scammed on my last sale on Poshmark, before leaving the US. I had a bad feeling about the sale, but thought I was just feeling neglectful to let go of my gorgeous Bambi dress. Turns out, the buyer opened a return request stating there was lots of wear (impossible as it was new without tags). Posh sided with them, but thankfully I got the package back the day before my flight. I took a video opening it because I could tell it was not as bulky as the original dress. midorisakura Inside the return was 2 used tops. How sad to have lost the dress and the money, and how disgusting to receive used items... I don’t want to list their name here in case it messes with my case I opened against them, but feel free to add this listing to a bundle and I will let you know who it is. Be super careful, guys! alicewonderbra This person also scammed someone else on ebay, sending them back items that were not the item they purchased. They continued to contest the claims and open them on different platforms to try to get to keep the money and the BM item so be prepared to fight them multiple times until you get your money back.

velocivixen wow, im so sorry that happened to you!! thank you for alerting us! people can be absolutely disgusting. I bet she tries to sell it for profit if she doesn't keep it. I really hope posh can do something! sending back an irrelevant item is terrible. I had someone send me back an empty bag after posh ruled in their favor! lost $80+ and nothing could be done.

Although I’ve heard they are on other platforms using other names. They were located in Pueblo, CO though.. be careful!

velocivixen @midorisakura yeah, unfortunately I was out of town when the package arrived, and by the time I discovered the bulls*** it was too late, they'd gotten their money back. infuriating. all the other bad experiences are buyers citing non existent or minor easily fixable problems. "smelt of cigarettes " well, the smoking warning is on each listing, I recommend you just.....wash it. "doesn't fit" ..not my fault..like..????!!

midorisakura @velocivixen ahh, that sucks.. And I agree the other reasons shouldn’t be an issue especially if cig smoke is stated. I only had one issue when I was new where someone got pissed bc an item contained some fabric they were allergic to. There was no fabric label, so I hadn’t listed anything about fabric. I understand that, but at the same time, if you have an allergy, you shouldn’t buy items that don’t say what the fabric is 🤔😑 lol
